HXDL-70 Cable Trolley
Classification and Use 1. A simple lifting machine for vertical hoisting of heavy objects. It is lightweight and compact in structure. There are manual and electric types. ① Manual trolley: Pull the chain by manpower, which drives the chain drum through a worm gear to lift or lower the load. It adopts a load self-locking brake, where the heavier the load, the greater the braking torque, ensuring safety. The working range is a vertical line below the hook. Nylon wheel aluminum plate lifting trolley: Use: Suitable for lifting poles and towers, stringing wires, hoisting equipment, and live-line work. Features: Lightweight, wear-resistant wheels, no damage to wire ropes and ropes. Types include hook type, ring type, single opening, double opening.
② The motor drives the gear transmission mechanism, wire rope drum, and hook pulley to lift or lower the load. According to the contact between the wheel and shaft, there are two types: sliding bearing and rolling bearing between the wheel and shaft. According to whether the cheek plates can be opened, there are open and closed trolleys. The cheek plates of open trolleys can be opened for easy rope installation; they are generally single-sheave and often used as guide pulleys at the foot of derricks. According to the way of use, trolleys are divided into fixed pulleys and movable pulleys. They are convenient to use, widely applicable, and can be manually or power operated. They can change the direction of the traction rope of the trolley and trolley group multiple times and lift or move heavy objects, especially the trolley group composed of multiple trolleys, which is widely used in construction and installation operations together with winches, masts, or other lifting machinery. Mainly used in factories, mines, agriculture, electric power, construction production and construction, docks, shipyards, warehouses for machine installation, cargo lifting, etc.
Its running wheels are also fully sealed bearings, and the cable clamping part adopts an arc-shaped soft rubber pad to prevent cable damage.
