Cable Guide RailCable Guide Rail is composed of three main parts: flat cable, four-wheel trolley for carrying the cable, and guide rail. The flat cable is made of non-flammable material, suitable for indoor and outdoor use and places with oil contamination, with certain weather resistance. Compared with round cable, it has advantages such as smaller bending radius and longer service life.
The rail is formed by cold-rolling steel plate in one pass to ensure the precision of the rail cross-section dimensions, replacing the unsafe, heavy angle steel and other conductive methods that have disadvantages such as dust accumulation on indoor sliding lines and ice formation outdoors causing short circuits and affecting use. It has unique domestic features. The rail is supplied in 4~6m sections connected by couplers, and can be extended to any length as needed.
The working principle of this product is shown in the engineering application diagram (1). The starting end of the flat cable (connected to the site junction box) is fixed to the starting end fixer of the guide rail. Then, according to the space allowed for operation on site, at appropriate intervals (1-2.5mm), it is sequentially fixed to the four-wheel trolleys carrying the cable. The cable end (connected to the power supply) is fixed to the last trolley (towing trolley). By pulling the spring-loaded puller on the trolley to move the trolley back and forth, and through the dragging of the cable (if the length exceeds 20m, a towing rope should be considered to protect the cable from tension), all trolleys are driven to slide freely at any speed in the rail. The guide rail is easy to install, requires no debugging, and has the advantages of contactless power supply, making it safe and reliable.

1. Rail length (m)
Determined by the user based on the actual travel distance of the crane, plus the distance for storing the four-wheel trolleys.
2. Cable length (m)
Actual running length + distance for storing trolleys + necessary length to reach the electrical equipment and junction box.
3. Number of four-wheel trolleys
Generally half of the total rail length. The user can increase or decrease the number of four-wheel trolleys according to the allowable cable sag space.
4. Number of coupling connectors:
Based on the total rail length, accessories are required for rails exceeding 4m.
5. Quantity of other accessories:
The quantity is determined by the user based on the number of mobile cranes. Generally, each crane requires one set of accessories, each set includes:
1. Rail stopper: 1 piece
2. Cable fixing piece at the starting end of the rail: 1 piece
3. Puller frame (towing trolley): 1 piece
