Classification and use: 1. A simple lifting machine for vertically hoisting heavy objects. It is lightweight and compact. It is available in manual and electric types. ① Manual trolley: The traction chain is pulled by manpower, driving the chain drum through a worm gear to lift or lower the load. It uses a load self-locking brake, where the heavier the load, the greater the braking torque, ensuring safety and reliability. The working range is a vertical line below the hook. Nylon wheel aluminum plate lifting trolley: Use: Suitable for lifting towers, stringing wires, hoisting equipment, and live-line work. Features: Lightweight, durable wheels, no damage to wire ropes or cords. Available in hook type, ring type, single opening, and double opening.
② Electric motor drives the gear transmission mechanism, wire rope drum, and hook pulley to lift or lower the load. The housing contains the wire rope drum, connected to the motor and the gear transmission with brake. There is a lifting lug on the upper part of the middle housing. After hanging, it can vertically hoist heavy objects. The trolley can also be hung on a running trolley to become a traveling load trolley, moving along an overhead track to transport materials within or between workshops.
2. According to the number of wheels, it is divided into single-sheave, double-sheave, and multi-sheave trolleys. According to the connection method between the trolley and the load, it can be divided into hook type, chain ring type, lifting ring type, and suspension frame type. Generally, small and medium-sized trolleys are mostly hook type, chain ring type, and lifting ring type, while large trolleys use lifting ring type and lifting beam type. According to the contact between the wheel and shaft, there are two types: sliding bearings and rolling bearings. According to whether the side plates can be opened, there are open and closed trolleys. The side plates of an open trolley can be opened to facilitate rope installation; they are generally single-sheave and are often used as guide trolleys at the base of a derrick. Trolleys are also divided into fixed and movable trolleys according to their usage. They are convenient to use, widely applicable, and can be manually or power operated. They can change the direction of the traction steel wire rope of the trolley and trolley group multiple times and lift or move heavy objects. Especially, the trolley group formed by combining trolleys, together with winches, masts, or other lifting machinery, is widely used in construction and installation operations. Mainly used in factories, mines, agriculture, electric power, construction production and construction, docks, shipyards, warehouses for machine installation, cargo lifting, etc.
Its running wheels also use fully sealed bearings, and the cable clamping part adopts an arc-shaped soft rubber pad layer to prevent cable damage. Both the first car and the intermediate cable-carrying trolleys are equipped with anti-collision buffers to ensure that the trolleys are not impacted during starting and stopping.
