H-type Safe Seamless Sliding Contact Line
Darui Electric recommends for you
The shell of the sliding contact transmission conduit (or wire) adopts specially formulated engineering plastic, combined with vacuum sizing extrusion process, which has good heat resistance and flame retardancy, and can be used in ambient temperatures of 75°C. It can also adapt to freezing, rain, snow, or other general conductive dust polluted environments.
The transmission conduit (or wire) adopts a wedge-type pressing method, which can ensure reliable mechanical pressing force and contact area, making the electrical contact performance particularly excellent with low contact temperature rise.
The current collector fits well inside the transmission conduit, so the contact pressure between the brush and the transmission conductor is stable and less affected by external impacts.
The brush is made of special materials, with good self-lubrication and a flexible conductive layer, which can effectively suppress contact arcs.
To increase the wear resistance of the transmission conduit, a special conductive stainless steel composite process is adopted.
The conductive aluminum uses LXZG rare earth aluminum alloy, which has high strength and high conductivity. Different compositions are used to adjust conductivity, producing product series with the same geometric dimensions but different current-carrying capacities.
The product is manufactured in single poles and can be arbitrarily combined into multiple poles, making installation very simple.
The connecting parts, suspension parts, and mounting brackets of the product are all standardized and supplied as a complete set by our company.
This product is suitable for power transmission with AC 660V, DC 1000V and below. For power supply voltages 660V<U<3000V, special orders can be made.
The altitude of the installation site generally does not exceed 2000M.
