H-type single-pole safety copper sliding contact linehas the following characteristics:
1. Reliable operation, never causing power supply interruption failures.
2. Can be used in harsh environments such as high temperature, high dust, and highly corrosive gases.
3. High mechanical strength, not easily bent or deformed, can withstand strong short-circuit impact currents.
4. The current-carrying capacity can be set according to user needs, with a maximum of over 3000A, and voltage levels can reach above 5KV.
5. Using copper or copper conductors can significantly reduce power loss in the wires.
6. After adding auxiliary cables, it can form a low-impedance sliding contact line, and the conductor impedance is reduced multiple times.
7. Wiring can be done on the top, side, or bottom for sliding contact.
8. JHG-"I" type contact line also has advantages such as a very large heat dissipation surface, compact and simple structure, and easy installation and maintenance.
9. The JGH type is composed of a dovetail groove copper bar and high-strength I-beam, and its embedding process ensures the close combination of the copper bar and the I-beam.
Installation of H-type single-pole safety copper sliding contact line
The installation methods of the sliding contact line are generally the upper sliding contact and the lower sliding contact, and other installation methods can also be adopted according to user requirements.
The installation brackets for the sliding contact line are generally one every 3 meters. In special cases, reinforcement measures can be taken to appropriately expand the distance. The phase-to-phase distance between three sliding contact lines is 400mm. If it is a low-impedance sliding contact line, the phase-to-phase distance can be expanded to 450mm.
