DHHT-320/1000 series of row-type single-pole safety sliding wire guide rails, whose conductive main body is a copper profile with a cross-section in the shape of “H”, hence also called “H”-type energy-saving sliding wire device. Energy saving is relative to the sliding contact wire with angle steel as the main body; the loss of electrical energy during transmission is greatly reduced. The resistivity of aluminum is much lower than that of steel, and its specific gravity is small. Rolling aluminum into an “H” shape is to improve its overall rigidity and strength while ensuring a certain conductive cross-sectional area. However, the surface hardness of aluminum is low and it is not wear-resistant, so a special substance is used to greatly extend the service life.
On the surface of the sliding wire guide rail, except for the lower opening that contacts the current collector, the rest is integrally protected with PVC plastic, making it sealed. The installed sliding wire has no exposed conductive parts, which facilitates installation and maintenance. At the same time, the overall shell protection gives the sliding contact wire the functions of not accumulating dust and being protected against rain, dew, ice, and snow, thereby ensuring safe and reliable operation of the machinery.
HXPnR-HT type safety energy-saving sliding contact wire uses corrosion-resistant, excellent conductive oxygen-free copper as the conductor, with advantages such as high allowable current density and low impedance. It adopts the contact surface form of aluminum alloy sliding contact wire, making the contact between the current collector and the sliding surface of the guide rail more reliable and stable. Since the external dimensions of the guide rail are the same as those of the aluminum guide rail, the accessories are interchangeable, demonstrating the universality of the product. While meeting the power supply of mobile equipment, it can also be used as a power transmission busbar for fixed equipment or as a workshop busbar.
