Sliding contact line needs your "meticulous" care and maintenance
Dary Electric recommends for you
4. Check whether the collector spring is fatigued. If the pressure is insufficient, replace the spring in time. Check whether the connection between the sliding line and the collector is firm and flexible, and whether the protective cover of the sliding line connector is deformed. If deformed, replace it in time.
5. During normal operation, the sliding contact line should be inspected regularly. During inspection, check every 6 meters whether the joints are loose or disconnected. When inspecting the conductor, check whether the movable parts rotate flexibly, whether the tension spring is fatigued, and whether the brush is worn. If necessary, adjustments should be made in time.
6. During equipment renovation, take out the wire from the conduit and check the wear of the conductor brush roller and its causes. If the extension length of the brush is less than the specified effective length, it should be replaced in time. When the guide roller is severely deformed, it should also be replaced to maintain the normal operation of the conductor and good contact of the brush, and check the cause.
7. For corrosive environments, it is necessary to check the corrosion of brackets, suspension clamps, and tractors, and take anti-rust measures in time.
8.When using the sliding contact line, do not hit or impact the transmission pipe, and do not press heavy objects on the transmission pipe to prevent deformation, cracking, affecting use, and causing safety accidents.
To ensure the normal operation of the sliding contact line and extend its service life, regular maintenance should be carried out after it is put into use. Its normal operation requires your "meticulous" care and maintenance.
1. Use multiple collectors for testing, pay attention to avoid incorrect installation and phase-to-phase short circuit, and avoid collision with the sliding line and collector.
2. Regularly observe the wear of the carbon brush of the dust collector and replace it in time. When replacing, disconnect the power supply, pull out the old carbon brush, insert a new carbon brush, and then reconnect the power supply.
3. For side-mounted sliding lines, regularly use compressed air to blow off the dust accumulated in the grooves.
