Single-pole safety sliding contact line main accessories include
Darui Electric recommends for you
Angle steel bracket, single-hole, three-hole or four-hole hanging clamp, aluminum connector, connector protective cover, end protective cover, fixing clamp, power input, current collector, current collector bracket
Optional accessories: maintenance section, temperature compensation device, indicator light.
The hanging clamp is divided into: single-hole hanging clamp (heavy duty), three-hole or four-hole hanging clamp (light duty)
Its material is polyoxymethylene, which has the characteristics of high hardness, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. It can both support and suspend the sliding wire, and fix the sliding wire in horizontal and vertical directions. At the same time, the vertical direction can be fine-tuned to ensure the close connection between the safety sliding contact line and the current collector. When fixing the safety sliding contact line with the hanging clamp, installation can be easily completed by simply engaging with the lifting lugs on both sides of the protective cover, without any tools, making installation very convenient.
The aluminum connector is mainly used to connect two single-pole safety sliding contact lines. It adopts the same material as the conductor rod of the single-pole safety sliding contact line, and increases the contact area with the two conductor rods, ensuring the same characteristics as the conductor rod and reducing energy loss.
The connector protective cover is made of special polyvinyl chloride raw materials and processed with a special formula. It is produced with stainless steel precision molds and special processes, with stable dimensions, small tolerance range, good quality, high gloss, strong toughness, and has the advantages of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproof, dustproof, aging resistance, wind erosion resistance, and long service life.
Maintenance section: Also known as section isolation device, it is mainly used in the case where more than two cranes share one sliding contact line for power supply in the same workshop. It is a component set up for when a crane needs maintenance without affecting the operation of other cranes.
Temperature compensation device: Used to compensate for the expansion and contraction of the sliding contact line caused by temperature changes;

For the installation of single-pole sliding contact line, first familiarize yourself with the overview and structural characteristics of all cranes, then set the workshop length according to the on-site power input point before installation. The following lists the installation procedures and requirements using the single-pole sliding contact line as an example:
1. Install the sliding contact line bracket. Use welding or expansion bolts to install the angle steel bracket on the track beam at specified intervals. The erection of the bracket is the key to the installation quality of the sliding contact line and an important step to ensure the flatness and usability of the sliding contact line. It must be ensured that the bracket is flat along the entire line, the extension dimensions of the angle steel are consistent, and the angle steel is parallel and not skewed. The plane of the angle steel with long rectangular holes should be in a horizontal plane, and the factory holes should be in a line. Generally, a steel wire can be used for leveling and alignment. The distance between two brackets for light-duty sliding contact lines is <1.5m
2. Install the hanging bracket on the angle steel bracket. Do not tighten the nuts at this time; tighten them after the sliding contact line is installed and adjusted.
3. Install the connector protective cover of the sliding contact line. Insert the sliding contact line into the bayonet of the hanging bracket to secure it (the hanging clamp for heavy-duty lines is already installed on the conductor). After the sliding contact line is installed, level it and tighten the nuts of the bracket. Install the connector into the other end of the first group of conductors, and install the second group of sliding contact lines in the same way. Use the connector to connect the two sliding contact lines, install the connector protective cover, level the sliding contact line, and tighten. Install all sliding contact lines in this manner. Note that the joints should be smooth, with a gap of <0.5mm.
