Operating Environment



1. Ambient temperature: -15°C to +55°C   Maximum temperature ≤ 120 ° C   Minimum temperature ≥ -40 ° C

    2. Atmospheric conditions: At +40°C, relative humidity <90%

    3. Pollution degree: IP13, IP23 are level 3; IP54 is level 4

    4. Vibration and shock: No severe vibration or impact from foreign objects, no falling



Product Selection Principles



The HXTS and HXTL series guide rails can be selected using three methods: table lookup, power calculation, and current calculation.

    (1) Table lookup method: Determine the conduit specification based on the total power configured at the site, load duty cycle, operating environment, crane model, tonnage, and category.

    (2) Power estimation method:

          1. Calculate total load power: If n loads start simultaneously: ∑ P = P1 + P2 + ... + Pn

                             If only one of n loads starts: ∑ P = Pn

          2. Look up the table to find Pn

          3. Pn > ∑ P

          4. The load duty cycle and allowable ambient temperature should be converted to be consistent.
