1. The insulation resistance between phases of the sliding contact line and flexible cable, and between each phase and ground, must be greater than 0.5MΩ.

Inspection method: Test with a megger, or check the test records.

2. The distance between the centerline of the sliding contact line and the actual centerline of the crane track, and the horizontal or vertical distance between each support of the same sliding contact line, must be consistent. The deviation should not be greater than 1/1000, and the maximum should not exceed 10mm.

Inspection method: Actual measurement or check installation records.

3. The sliding contact line must be securely fixed on the insulator, the connection points should be smooth, and the sliding surface must be free of rust. The connection between the sliding contact line and the conductor must be tinned or galvanized.

Inspection method: Visual inspection.

4. Insulators must be free of cracks and defects, clean, and have complete gaskets between them and the supports. The supports should be installed flat, firmly, with uniform spacing, and uniform paint color. The threads of connecting bolts should protrude 2-3 turns beyond the nuts.

Inspection method: Visual inspection.

5. The installation of sliding contact lines should comply with the following regulations:

(1) A gap of 20mm should be left at deformation joints and maintenance sections. The ends of the sliding contact line should be smooth, and the height difference between the two ends should not exceed 1mm.

(2) For areas painted with paint or enamel, the color should be correct without missing brush strokes. Indicator lights should operate normally.

(3) The sliding contactor should slide smoothly throughout the full stroke without significant sparks. Inspection method: Observe or check the installation trial run records.

(4) The anti-corrosion treatment of metal parts should be uniform without omissions. Inspection method: Visual inspection or check trial run records.

(5) The sliding contactor should be installed flat and firmly, with a smooth sliding surface and good contact. The center of the sliding contactor should not exceed the edge of the sliding contact line during sliding. The slider should be flexible without jamming. Insulation parts should be complete. Inspection method: Visual and trial run inspection.

(6) Metal frames below 3.5m in height must be reliably grounded, and the cross-section of the grounding wire should be correctly selected. The grounding wire should not be missing. Inspection method: Visual inspection.
