Factors to consider when purchasing sliding contact lines to determine their quality:
1. Quality and source of conductor aluminum alloy material. This factor is also the main factor determining the price of sliding contact lines. Better aluminum alloy conductor material means higher price, and vice versa.
2. Conductor cross-sectional area and conductor profile purity. Obviously, the larger the cross-sectional area of the conductor, the better the heat dissipation; the purer the conductor, the fewer impurities, and the stronger the conductivity. When purchasing sliding contact lines, be sure to pay attention to the cross-sectional area of the sliding contact conductor and observe the purity of the conductor, i.e., metallic luster.
3. Material of PVC housing. Generally, the sliding line housing protects the sliding line conductor and provides insulation, while also serving as sun protection, moisture protection, rain and snow protection, and dust prevention. The thickness of the sliding line is also a standard for measuring the quality of the sliding line. If the sliding line housing is thin, it may cause accidental damage to the sliding line, and the safety performance will be greatly reduced.
Because some customers are considering sliding contact lines, it should be considered comprehensively. A lower price of sliding contact lines does not mean good product quality. You get what you pay for, and sliding lines are no exception.
