Safety conductor rail is an energy-saving conductor rail developed by learning from advanced foreign experience and combining with national conditions. It is safe, reliable, and has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, making it easy to install and maintain. The phase spacing is 80mm, and the protective shell is made of two materials: engineering plastic and aluminum-plastic alloy. The conductor is made of aluminum alloy (with embedded stainless steel strips) or pure copper. It is not affected by rain, snow, frost, and is suitable for harsh environments such as outdoor, water mist, acid mist, and conductive dust. For specifications below 300A, various radii of circular and arc lines can be made according to user needs.

    When selecting safety conductor rail accessories, it is necessary to determine the procurement quantity of accessories. The main accessories of ,safety conductor rail include: current collector, maintenance section, power input, joint sheath, aluminum joint, end sheath, single-hole fixing clip/four-hole fixing clip, single-hole hanging bracket/four-hole hanging bracket, current collector bracket, and temperature compensator (expansion section).

    Current collector: The current collector is the most important part of the crane conductor rail accessories, achieving the conductive connection between the crane and the conductor rail. The shoe piece of the current collector is a wear-prone and consumable part, and its quality directly affects the service life of the current collector.

    Temperature compensator: Also called expansion section. It is set when the length of light rail exceeds 150 meters, and when heavy rail exceeds 200 meters, to avoid deformation of the conductor rail due to thermal expansion and contraction in winter and summer, affecting its normal use.

    Maintenance section: When there are more than two cranes or when power is supplied from both ends, a maintenance section needs to be set. When one crane needs maintenance, the power supply section can be cut off through the maintenance section for convenient repair.

    Sheath: The sheath is made of special materials with toughness, wear resistance, anti-aging, and flame retardancy, providing good insulation protection for the conductor, making the conductor rail safer and extending its service life.

    Hanging clip/fixing clip: Used to fix the plastic sheath outside the conductor, limiting the thermal deformation of the sheath and the relative displacement between the conductor and the sheath.

    Aluminum joint: Used to connect two conductors, increasing the contact area between the two conductors and reducing energy loss.

    End sheath/joint sheath: Plays the role of protecting the conductor and insulation.
