Combined type busbar trolley, also known as busbar trolley, sliding line, safety sliding line. Safety busbar trolley is used to supply power to moving equipment. It consists of two parts: the sliding rail (fixed part, connected to the power supply, usually made of single lengths of 4m or 6m per piece) and the current collector (sliding part, which can slide on or inside the rail and contact the copper strip to collect electricity, used to connect to the moving motor). Combined type busbar trolley

Safety busbar trolley——used in dusty, humid and other environments, can be equipped with dust-proof sealing strips and hand protection (hand protection is required when the busbar trolley is very close to people). The current collector speed is less than 300 meters/minute.
Single-pole combined safety busbar trolley——easy to install, fast speed, can reach 500 meters/minute (imported busbar trolleys can achieve this).
Rigid safety busbar trolley——used for high current equipment, current can reach several thousand amperes.
Tubular busbar trolley——can be combined according to different pole numbers, current can also reach thousand amperes.
Safety busbar trolleyquality can be measured according to the following standards:
1. Carbon brush service life--it is a consumable item, and the travel distance affects the equipment maintenance cycle.
2. Quality of busbar trolley shell--applicable temperature, environment, etc.
3. Performance of current collector--mainly from the service life of wheels, design of turning wheels, and whether the current collector can be used in various environments.
4. Expansion problem of busbar trolley--expansion must be considered when the length exceeds 100 meters.
5. Voltage drop problem--the voltage drop varies according to the length of different copper strips.
