The combined type busbar trolley, also known as busbar trolley, busbar, or safety busbar. The safety busbar is used to supply power to moving equipment. It consists of two parts: the busbar guide rail (fixed part, connected to the power supply, usually composed of single lengths of 4m/piece or 6m/piece connected together), and the current collector (sliding part, which can slide on or inside the busbar track and contact the copper strip to collect electricity; the current collector is used to connect to the moving motor). Combined Type Busbar Trolley
Currently, the commonly used combined typebusbar trolley safety busbar (tubular, enclosed), single-pole combined typebusbar trolley, rigid busbar trolley, multi-level tubular safety busbar, seamless safety busbar, cable safety busbar, I-beam cable trolley, etc. They have been greatly improved in protection level and insulation, and are safe and reliable.
Safety busbar——used in dusty, humid and other environments, can be equipped with dustproof sealing strips and hand protection (hand protection is required when the busbar is very close to people). The current collector speed is less than 300 meters/minute.
Single-pole combined safety busbar——easy to install, fast speed, can reach 500 meters/minute (imported busbar can achieve).
Rigid safety busbar——used for high current equipment, current can reach several thousand amperes.
Tubular busbar——can be combined according to different numbers of poles, and the current can also reach thousands of amperes.
Safety busbarquality can be measured according to the following standards:
1. Carbon brush service life -- it is a consumable item, and the travel distance affects the equipment maintenance cycle.
2. Busbar shell quality -- applicable temperature, environment, etc.
3. Current collector performance -- mainly from the wheel service life, turning wheel design, and whether the current collector can meet the use in various environments.
4. Busbar expansion problem -- expansion needs to be considered when the length exceeds 100 meters.
5. Voltage drop problem -- the voltage drop varies according to the length of different copper strips.
