Sliding contact line product features and uses
1. Safety: The housing of the power supply sliding contact line is made of engineering plastic with high insulation performance. The housing protection level can reach IP13 and IP55 as needed, providing protection against rain, snow, ice attacks, and contact with hanging objects. The product withstands various environmental conditions. With good insulation performance, it poses no harm to maintenance personnel touching the exterior of the conductive duct.
2. Reliability: The conductive rail has excellent electrical conductivity, fast heat dissipation, high current density, low impedance, and low line loss. The carbon brush is made of metal graphite material with high conductivity and high wear resistance. The current collector moves flexibly with good directional performance, effectively controlling contact arcs and series arcs.
3. Economy: The power supply sliding contact line device has a simple structure, using copper bars with high current density, low resistivity, and low voltage loss as the conductive main body. It can save about 6% electricity, achieving plastic instead of steel and copper. The design is novel, requiring no additional insulation structure or compensation wires. Installed on the same side as the crane control room, it saves installation materials and costs, with overall costs similar to bare steel sliding lines. 4. Convenience: The power supply sliding contact line device integrates multiple busbars into one duct, making assembly simple. Its fixing brackets, connecting clamps, and suspension devices are supplied as universal parts, making installation, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance very convenient. Uses: The sliding contact line device can be used for electric hoists, electric beam and electric single-girder bridge cranes; stackers, automatic testing lines for electromechanical products, automated production lines, mobile electric tools, and other mobile power receiving equipment, as well as fixed busway installations in factories, mines, workshops, and office spaces. Currently, single-pole H-type safety sliding contact lines are widely used, with significant improvements in protection level and insulation, ensuring safety and reliability. Safety sliding contact lines - used in dusty, humid environments, can be equipped with dustproof sealing strips and hand protection (when the sliding contact line is very close to people, hand protection is required, such as akapp). The speed of the current collector is less than 300 meters per minute.
