The HXPnR-Ω U-shaped busbar is made of hot-rolled copper, matching the collector brush. The busbar is housed in a high-grade insulating sheath, with a length of ≤4M per piece. The sheath color is yellow, with yellow-green alternating for the ground wire, whose conductivity is continuous. It can be bent into arc segments both horizontally and vertically, either manufactured in the factory or processed on-site.
The HXPnR-Ω U-shaped busbar is a novel power supply device increasingly valued in developed countries. Based on absorbing product technology from Italy and West Germany, our company has developed and produced this series of products.
This device adopts single-level arrangement in specially formulated semi-enclosed engineering plastics, with n (n≥3) rows embedded inside, featuring a compact structure. It is synchronized for power supply by n (n≥3) groups of collector trolleys driven by the moving power receiving equipment.
The product is suitable for transmitting AC 50HZ/60HZ, 600V power, as well as 660V DC power. For special occasions, it can be used for 2500V high voltage, low current transmission.

Support Bracket
The support bracket is made of engineering plastics. It can be arranged in combination to form multiple poles, supporting the busbar to prevent bending or breaking. There are two types of brackets: one with a center distance of 12mm, and the other with 14mm. On straight sections, install one bracket every 0.8m, and on curved sections, install one every 0.4m.
