Multi-poletrolley busway preparation work before installation



1. Draw an installation schematic diagram according to the terrain and factory requirements. If there are no special circumstances, preparation work can be carried out according to the following diagram.



.2. Bracket assembly: each straight conduit is 4m long. The suspension spacing of brackets should be installed at 1.2 meters or 1.5 meters, and the spacing can also be adjusted according to on-site environmental conditions. Brackets must be firm and neatly arranged.



3. Installation inspection



a. The current collector should pass through the conduit flexibly and smoothly.



b. The carbon brushes inside the current collector should extend and retract freely, be complete and intact, and have a certain elasticity.



c. Check whether the outside of the conduit has cracks, distortion, or deformation, and whether the rail joints inside the conduit are straight and smooth.
