HFP Engineering Plastic Shell Multi-level
Product Introduction:
HFP type conduit multi-pole is used for ordinary mobile equipment power transmission devices with small working current and low frequency of use. The sliding contact wire shell is made of PVC engineering plastic, and copper strips of grade T2 conductive copper, controlled by special equipment, are installed in the inner cavity grooves as the power transmission busbars. The common number of conductive poles is four. Mobile equipment with signal control and other devices needs to increase the number of poles, up to sixteen poles.
Four-pole sliding contact wires can be processed into arc-shaped sliding contact wires with a radius greater than 1.2 meters.
HFP type four-pole sliding contact wires are generally used for single-girder cranes within 10 tons in ordinary workshops. Their current collectors are embedded and installed, making replacement and maintenance difficult. Therefore, for cranes above 10 tons with a current greater than 130A, if installation space permits, it is recommended to use HFD type single-pole aluminum alloy sliding contact wires.
Four-pole sliding contact wires are conventionally manufactured with four copper strips having the same current-carrying capacity. For example, in the HFP4U100 model, the current-carrying capacity of each of the four copper strips is 100A. To meet the needs of some users to reduce costs, our company has derived a "3+1" four-pole sliding contact wire based on the original four-pole sliding contact wire without affecting its performance. That is, the zero line is reduced in current-carrying capacity. The position for the zero line in the conduit shell is marked with a color code for identification during installation. The HFJ type aluminum alloy four-pole sliding contact wire introduced later also has similar derived products. The accessories for both the original and derived products are identical. The two products are available for users to choose from, and their corresponding models are:
