Flexible Combined Sliding Line
Darui Electric recommends
Made as single pole, assembled in multi-pole, suitable for dense installation, such as electric monorail trolley automatic production line, amusement line, etc. It has the following main features:
1 Dense combination
Small pole spacing, arbitrary combination. Currently, the maximum number of combinations applied is 36.
2 Convenient installation
Overall assembly, flexible installation, can be suspended, wall-mounted, horizontal, vertical or arbitrarily installed as needed.
3 Flexible bending
Bending radius can reach R500mm, and can be bent arbitrarily with the track, no need to specially make an arc.

According to the user's workshop length or needs, a safety power rail of the same length is configured, so that the entire workshop has no joints in the middle for safe power distribution, truly solving the problem of short circuits or inability to operate caused by frequent jamming of collectors due to multiple joints in sliding lines. It is also suitable for curves, arcs, and high-low travel designs. Thus, the entire crane project is beautiful, tidy, and safe. Applicable to: crane systems, automated warehouses, amusement park power supply, production testing systems. Features of seamless sliding contact line: 1. The conductor is oxygen-free copper, with good conductivity, pure quality, uniform color and bright surface 2. The crane runs smoothly, the collector moves without noise, no poor contact due to vibration, ensuring good contact and no faults. 3. The insulator is PVC + impact-resistant, UV-resistant, special formula, with good physical properties 4. No joints, small voltage drop 5. Few parts, the rail is snap-in, easy to install, saving 2/3 of installation time 6. The collector arm is long, with independent tension spring, large movement arc. 7. Compared with traditional multi-pole tubular sliding lines, there is no damage during installation and transportation, and transportation costs are reduced 8. The price is cheaper than tubular sliding contact lines at the same cross-section. |
