The fully enclosed resin cast waterproof busway is a metal-free shell busway. The waterproof busway uses a special formula of composite resin and a specific amount of selected mixed materials to form a high-performance insulating material, directly casting and sealing the copper busbar. There is no air gap, no chimney effect, and busbar burrs or overloads will not cause short circuits. The insulating material is halogen-free and flame retardant, releasing no toxic gases. The enclosure protection rating is IP68, which is not only water-resistant, fire-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. It is an all-weather product that can work for a long time at -40°C without cracking of the insulating resin. With no metal shell, it resists corrosion from various chemicals and works in environments with stray currents without electrochemical corrosion of the shell. Excellent water resistance allows long-term underwater operation, use in cable trenches, or direct burial. With A-class fire resistance, it can work in flames at 950-1000°C for more than 90 minutes, maintaining circuit continuity.
