The DDH type single-pole safety sliding wire is a new type of power supply system for feeding power to mobile mechanical equipment. (3) Operating Environment:
This series of products is widely used in places with ambient temperature below 85℃, such as lifting machinery, mines, metallurgy, machinery factories, shipyards, steel structure factories, power plants, various warehouses, etc.
(4) Configuration List of Sliding Contact Line Accessories:
The related accessories used in single-pole sliding contact line include: current collectors, shoe pieces (contact shoes, carbon brushes, blades), maintenance sections, power input parts, joint sheaths, aluminum joints, end sheaths, single-hole fixing clamps/four-hole fixing clamps, four-hole hanging brackets/single-hole hanging brackets, current collector brackets, temperature compensators (expansion sections). Among them, the ones that require additional payment are current collectors, maintenance sections, and temperature compensators (expansion sections).
(1) How many meters of sliding contact line are needed?
Length of sliding contact line = workshop length × three lines/four lines (if using three-phase three-wire sliding line, multiply by three; if using three-phase four-wire sliding line, multiply by four).
(2) Number of sliding contact line pieces = quantity of sliding contact line ÷ 4.5/6 (light sliding contact line is 4.5m per piece, heavy sliding contact line length is 6 meters per piece)
(3) Number of current collectors = number of cranes × three lines/four lines (if using three-phase three-wire sliding line, multiply by three; if using three-phase four-wire sliding line, multiply by four).
(4) Current collector brackets = number of cranes = number of current collectors ÷ number of lines
(5) Aluminum joints = length of sliding contact line ÷ 4.5/6
(6) Number of joint sheaths = number of aluminum joints
(7) Angle steel brackets for light sliding contact line = four-hole hanging brackets = workshop length ÷ 1.2/1.5 (for light sliding contact line, angle steel brackets are usually one piece per 1.2m or 1.5m; for heavy sliding contact line, one piece per 3m)
(8) Power input parts = number of lines × number of power supplies × number of spans
(9) Four-hole fixing clamps: 2 pieces per span
(10) Angle steel brackets for heavy sliding contact line = workshop length ÷ 2.4/3 (for heavy sliding contact line, angle steel brackets are one piece per 2.4m or 3m)
(11) Single-hole hanging brackets = angle steel brackets × number of lines (number of lines refers to the three lines in three-phase three-wire, and the four lines in three-phase four-wire)
(12) Single-hole fixing clamps = number of lines × 2 × number of spans
(13) End sheaths = number of lines × 2 × number of spans
