Crane Flat Cable structural features: Flat rubber sheathed cable, flat cable, flat flexible cable and flat cable are produced according to national standards Q1320282, AQ001-91, suitable for mobile electrical equipment with AC rated voltage 450v/750v and below. The flat structure is especially suitable for occasions with frequent bending, not easy to twist, such as cranes, overhead traveling cranes, etc.
Crane Flat Cable conductor core adopts soft structure to ensure good flexibility of the cable. The insulation and protective layer materials use butyl polymer to improve the flexibility, anti-corrosion and cold resistance of the cable. The insulated cores are color-coded for convenient installation. Flat cables can be added with steel wire ropes or other load-bearing elements on both sides of the cable core according to customer needs.
