Selection of cable carrier
1. The inner cavity aperture of the support plate D1＝d＋≈0.1d (rounded to integer). Where d = outer diameter of cables, wires, liquid, and pneumatic hoses.
2. Determine the chain plate height hg and cable carrier model TLXX based on the maximum inner cavity aperture Dmax of the support plate.
3. Determine the bending radius of the cable carrier with the support plate type according to the functional requirements of the cable carrier;
(1) When the cable carrier needs to bear large pipe and cable loads, choose high-strength support plate type | (integral type).
(2) When the joint size of the pipe and cable is larger than the inner cavity aperture of the support plate or frequent disassembly, maintenance, etc. are required, support plate type || can be selected. It is a split type support plate.
(3) When there are many specifications of pipes and cables to be installed, support plate type ||| (frame type) can be selected.
4. Determine the support plate width B1 based on the number of pipes and cables to be installed, thus obtaining the cable carrier width B.

Cable carrier with three chain plates
Because the maximum length of the support plate is limited, one or more chain plates can be installed on wider cable carriers. Another reason is to improve the stability of narrower cable carriers, and also to separate sleeves and cables through the third chain plate.
Note: For TLG type, take parameters D, 12, e; for TL type, take f, j, k.
Elastic condition of hydraulic hoses
Note that hydraulic hoses may elongate or shorten under pressure. Therefore, the elastic coefficient of the hoses should be considered, especially under high pressure and long cable carrier lengths.
