I. Introduction to Slide Wire Guide
This product is mainly used in the cigarette production line designed by CMOAS Company of Italy for China. The slide wire guide is a key component provided by CMOAS. It is used in tobacco production equipment such as the DM-type distribution conveyor, MCA series silo feeders, SAM series leaf conditioning cabinets, SAD series tobacco storage silos, and FIFQ series stacking leaf storage cabinets designed by CMOAS. It is the most ideal product for power supply to mobile crane motors and electrical appliances, as well as signal transmission for electronic devices. The slide wire guide is an indispensable supporting product for various crane manufacturers. It is interchangeable with imported products and can also be used as a spare part for equipment. The slide wire guide is widely applicable to power transmission and distribution systems for all types of mobile cranes in railway crossings, ports, freight yards, cigarette manufacturing, and other locations.
II. Structural Characteristics and Working Principle
The slide wire guide consists of three main parts: flat cable, four-wheel trolley for carrying the cable, and guide rail. The flat cable is made of non-flammable material, suitable for indoor and outdoor use and places with oil contamination, and has certain weather resistance. Compared with round cable, it has advantages such as smaller bending radius and longer service life.
The rail is formed by cold-rolled steel plate in one cold-drawing process to ensure the accuracy of the rail cross-section dimensions, replacing the unsafe, heavy angle steel and other conductive methods that have disadvantages such as dust accumulation on indoor slide rails and ice formation outdoors causing short circuits and affecting use. It has unique domestic characteristics. The rail unit length is 4-6m, connected by coupling connectors, and can be extended to any length as needed.
The working principle of the slide wire guide is shown in the engineering application diagram (1). The starting end of the flat cable (connected to the field junction box) is fixed to the starting end fixer of the guide rail. Then, according to the space allowed for operation on site, appropriate intervals (1-2.5mm) are used to sequentially fix the cable to the four-wheel trolleys carrying the cable. The end of the cable (connected to the power supply) is fixed to the last trolley (traction vehicle). Through the spring pull of the pulling vehicle, the trolleys move back and forth, and through the dragging of the cable (if the length exceeds 20m, a towing rope should be considered to prevent the cable from being subjected to tension), all trolleys are driven to slide freely in the rail at any speed. The guide rail is easy to install, requires no debugging, and has the advantages of contactless power supply, making it safe and reliable.

IV. Ordering Information
1. Rail length (m)
Determined by the user based on the actual travel distance of the crane, plus the distance for storing the four-wheel trolleys.
2. Cable length (m)
Actual travel length + distance for storing trolleys + necessary length to reach the electrical equipment and junction box.
3. Number of four-wheel trolleys
Generally 1/2 of the total rail length. The user can increase or decrease the number of four-wheel trolleys based on the allowable cable sag space.
4. Number of coupling connectors:
Based on the total rail length, rails exceeding 4m require accessories.
V. Quantity of Other Accessories:
The quantity is determined by the user based on the number of mobile cranes. Generally, each crane requires one set of accessories, each set includes:
