The DHK-500A rigid current collector maintenance device is a new supporting product for sliding contact lines developed and produced based on the actual installation conditions of slidingcontact line current collectors, combined with our factory's years of practical experience in installing sliding contact lines. This device adopts a frame-type overall design, making installation convenient as it can be directly welded onto the maintenance hanging cage platform. During use, the handwheel is turned to rotate the screw rod, causing the pulley of the current collector bracket to extend and retract. The DHK-500A rigid current collector allows the power supply to be quickly disconnected during equipment installation and maintenance, and it can still be used even when the sliding line is not equipped with a maintenance switch. During equipment operation, the handwheel is turned to rotate the screw rod to lock the current collector in a fixed position, securing the locking device, making equipment operation safer, more stable, and more reliable, and making the entire sliding contact line system more complete.
DHK-500A rigid current collector operation instructions:
1. When the equipment needs to be powered off, first disconnect the main switch of the electrical equipment, then open the four locking devices on the current collector maintenance device, firmly grip the crank, and turn it clockwise to completely detach the current collector from the sliding contact line power supply.
2. When the equipment is in use, turn the handle in the opposite direction until the current collector reaches the fixed position, then the locking device can be put into operation.
Installation instructions:
1. The current collector maintenance device should be welded onto the maintenance hanging cage platform according to the position requirements. During welding, relevant dimensions should be checked, and welding should only be carried out after confirming they are correct. The metal structural frame should be reinforced based on actual conditions during welding.
2. Installation should ensure the flexibility of the telescopic device, and the pressure of the current collector should be maintained within an effective range. The current collector maintenance device should be designed and processed according to actual conditions such as the phase spacing of the sliding contact line and installation dimensions.

The DHK-500A rigid current collector is the main device for picking up electrical energy on the current collection side in the sliding contact line system. It directly conducts electrical energy to the electrical equipment through the sliding contact between the carbon brush and the guide rail, thereby achieving mobile power supply for the system. The current collector consists of two parts: a tension device with a mechanical structure and a carbon brush that directly slides in contact with the guide rail.
