GHC series I-beam trolley device is used for suspending and moving cables during the movement of mobile power supply machinery, and has been widely applied in various types of lifting machinery. The I-beam cable trolley has the advantages of sturdy structure, flexible movement, and safe and reliable operation.
The GHC trolley consists of three parts: the pulling trolley, cable trolley, and terminal trolley. The pulling trolley follows the mobile machinery's cable guiding (pulling) device. Each mobile machinery is equipped with one, which moves back and forth with the mobile machinery.
The intermediate cable trolley suspends the cable within the range of the I-beam track and moves with the pulling trolley. Both ends are equipped with buffer bumpers. The number of trolleys depends on the length of movement. The terminal trolley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, generally one per mobile machinery. The I-beam cable trolley series is available in five models: I, II, III, IV, and V. If users adopt 12#, 14#, 16#, or larger I-beams, please specify when ordering.
