1. Safety: The housing of the safe power supply slide contact line is made of engineering plastic with high insulation performance. The enclosure protection level can reach IP13 and IP55 as needed, protecting against rain, snow, frost, ice attacks, and contact with foreign objects. The product has been tested under various environmental conditions. It has good insulation performance and poses no harm to maintenance personnel touching the exterior of the power transmission conduit.
2. Reliability: The power transmission rail has excellent conductivity, fast heat dissipation, high allowable current density, low impedance, and minimal line loss. The carbon brush is made of metal copper and carbon alloy materials with high conductivity and high wear resistance. The current collector moves flexibly with good directional performance, effectively controlling contact arcs and series arcs.
