Product structure types, applicable occasions and models
(1) Structural type: The power supply safety busbar conduit consists of an aluminum alloy shell (metal type), a plastic pipe wrapped with an aluminum alloy shell (composite type), a plastic conduit, a current collector, an intermediate connector (power supply), an end cap (end power supply) and other accessories. The conduit shape is square or split.
1. Reinforced engineering plastic conduit, with a square cross-section, suitable for outdoor use, ambient temperature of-30°C~+55°C. The cross-sectional area of the guide rail includes:10,16,25,35,50,70,95,140mm2, etc. The number of poles includes:3,4,5,7,8,16 poles, etc. The cross-sectional shape is shown in the figure:
2. Metal composite conduit: It is a reinforced conduit with an additional aluminum alloy composite shell to improve the temperature resistance and anti-aging performance of the conduit. It is suitable for outdoor and high-temperature workshops with ambient temperatures of-30°C~+65°C. The cross-sectional shape is shown in the figure:
3. Metal type: The metal conduit uses an aluminum alloy shell and is made of insulating protective materials. It is suitable for occasions with ambient temperatures of-40°C~+80°C. The cross-sectional shape is shown in Figure 3-4.
