Its main application requirements are as follows:
1. For the manufacturing of tubular multi-pole curved busbar, the radius of the track curve must be greater than or equal to 1.5 meters;
2. The humidity in the workshop should not be too high, and excessive water vapor should be avoided;
3. The current of the multi-polecurved busbar can be divided into: 50A, 80A, 120A, 140A and other national standard currents;
4. Conventionally, the single length of the multi-pole curved busbar is 2.5 meters. It can also be cut according to customer requirements, but the cut length is generally less than 3 meters to facilitate transportation and installation of the busbar;
Its main features are as follows:
1. The curved busbar has a simple structure, is easy to install, and is easy to repair and maintain;
2. The curved busbar can be used in places with curves, making it flexible in application;
3. The curved busbar uses copper conductors as the power transmission conductors, which can save about 15% to 20% of energy, greatly saving material and installation costs;
4. This busbar is composed of a polymer PVC housing with multiple copper strips embedded inside. It has a long service life and can adapt to many types of environments;
Since the curved busbar is specially manufactured, it requires regular inspection and maintenance, especially at the joints of the busbar. The screws need to be tightened regularly, and the wear degree of the carbon brushes of the current collector should be checked to ensure the normal operation of workshop equipment.
