The ZT type rail smooth device is an internationally popular light-duty material suspension and conveying system developed by our company, referencing advanced foreign technology while considering the actual usage conditions of many domestic manufacturers. It installs the rail onto the work frame through various connectors, and achieves the suspension and movement of materials through the trolley running inside the rail.

Compared with traditional domestic products, the ZT type rail translation trolley device has many outstanding features. The cross-section of the slide rail is specially designed with two 150-degree slopes, which can strengthen the installation and clamping of the slide rail, and provide upper and lower positioning and guiding functions for the trolley running in the rail. The rail is made of high-quality carbon steel processed with special techniques, featuring good straightness, high strength, excellent rigidity, good wear resistance, and precise dimensions. The rigid connecting and mounting parts on the upper part of the slide rail are easy to install and can conveniently adjust the level of the slide rail. The trolley wheels are made of special steel forgings, offering good wear resistance, smooth and stable movement, and no noise.
