GHD-II I-beam Trolley series is a conductive form for power supply of crane trolleys. It consists of walking wheels, brackets, and support plates. The soft cable is fixed on the support plate, and the traction frame synchronizes with the cable trolley to achieve the purpose of cable power supply.
Cable trolleys are divided into medium load type, heavy load type, and light load type. Therefore, the traveling wheels are of three types: ¢86, ¢73, and ¢55, with a load capacity of ≤50-150kg. Each type is divided into single-layer, double-layer, and triple-layer according to the number of support plate layers. Each type has three forms: the head is the cable traction trolley, the end is the fixed wire hanging frame, and the middle is the cable trolley (see figure below) I-beam cable trolley
GHD-II I-beam Trolley device is used for hanging and moving cables during the movement of mobile power supply machinery. It has been widely used in various types of cranes. This device has the advantages of sturdy structure, flexible movement, safety, and reliability.
GHD-II consists of three parts: the traction trolley, the cable trolley, and the terminal trolley. The traction trolley follows the cable guiding (traction) device of the mobile machinery. Each mobile machinery is equipped with one, running back and forth with the mobile machinery. The middle cable trolley hangs the cable within the range of the I-beam track and moves with the traction trolley. Both ends are equipped with buffer bumpers. The number of trolleys depends on the length of movement. The terminal trolley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, and generally, each mobile machinery is equipped with one.
This series of trolleys is divided into five models: I, II, III, IV, and V. If users adopt 12#, 14#, 16#, or larger I-beams, please specify when ordering, and our factory can supply the complete set.
