Structure of HXTS/HXTLJ Conduit Type Safety Sliding Contact Line:
1 , Conduit
The conduit is the main body of the tubular sliding contact line.
(1): Plastic conduit (HXTS) is made of engineering plastics with toughness, wear resistance, anti-aging and flame retardant properties.
(2): Aluminum alloy conduit (HXTL) has high-performance engineering plastic installed inside the aluminum alloy shell, used as insulation for copper rails, to enhance conduit stiffness and insulation performance.
2, Current Collector
Current Collector is made of high-strength high-temperature resistant engineering plastic. Equipped with springs, brushes and rollers, it supplies power to mobile electrical equipment.
3, Connector
The connector joins two conduit sections together and protects the rail joints. It consists of two butt-jointed engineering plastic pieces.
4, Power Feeder
The power feeder is the component that connects the incoming power line to the sliding contact line. Due to different incoming line positions, it is divided into end feeding and middle feeding types. Made of high-performance engineering plastic.
5, End Cap
The end cap seals the end of the sliding contact line to prevent foreign objects from entering and ensure electrical safety.
6, Hanger
The hanger is a metal component used for floating suspension of the conduit. When temperature changes cause conduit expansion or contraction, the conduit can displace horizontally.
7, Fixer
The fixer is a metal component used to fix the conduit. Generally, two are installed on straight sections, left and right, and more may be added on curved sections as needed.
8, Tractor
The tractor is used to drive the current collector to slide inside the conduit and buffer the impact force during equipment operation. It consists of a metal hinge and a shift lever.
