In harsh environments with high temperature, high humidity, and high dust, or when high voltage and high current power supply is required, such as in steelmaking and casting, ordinary safety sliding lines cannot meet the requirements. Using light rails (e.g., in steelmaking and casting plants) for power supply requires large installation space and has high impedance, causing significant waste. Overhead copper wires (e.g., at coal wharves) are troublesome to install and prone to power outages. Therefore, pollution-resistant high-current rigid sliding lines have emerged. Based on different installation conditions, our company has developed two types of rigid sliding lines: the assembled DHK type and the composite DKF type rigid sliding lines.
