What is the difference between multi-pole tubular busbar and seamless busbar? In work, some customers will ask questions about the difference between multi-pole tubular busbar and seamless busbar, not knowing which type of safe busbar is better. Below, Yangzhou Tianxiang Electric will explain their basic situations and advantages separately.
Multi-pole tubular busbar is composed of PVC shell, copper strip conductors, current collectors and other accessories. Its structure belongs to an integrated structure, concentrating all conductors in a square tube. The main structures include three-wire, four-wire, six-wire, eight-wire systems, etc. Yangzhou Tianxiang Electric currently commonly uses four-wire, mainly because the four-wire system has a neutral wire for adjustment. The advantages of tubular multi-pole safe busbar are: simple installation, easy maintenance, etc.; the disadvantages are: the current collector (the internal structure of the current collector is a spring-supported structure) is prone to slot jamming after long use, and its service life is lower than that of single-pole busbar. If the multi-pole tubular busbar fails, the cost of replacement and repair is higher than that of single-pole busbar. The conventional service life of multi-pole busbar is about 5 years.
