Multi-pole tubular busbar intermediate connector - Yangzhou Darui
Darui Electric recommends for you
Product Introduction:
Tubular safety busbar The shell is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy or engineering plastic, with good sealing performance. The conductor is pure copper. The guide rail and current collector do not accumulate dust and are not affected by rain, dew, frost, or snow, making them widely applicable.
Multi-pole tubular busbar intermediate connector
Detailed Introduction
Structure:
1 , Conduit
The conduit is the main body of the tubular busbar.
(1): Plastic conduit (HXTS) is made of engineering plastic with toughness, wear resistance, anti-aging, and flame retardant properties.
(2): Aluminum alloy conduit (HXTL) is equipped with high-performance engineering plastic inside the aluminum alloy shell, used as insulation for the copper rail to enhance the stiffness and insulation performance of the conduit.
2, Current Collector
The current collector is made of high-strength, high-temperature-resistant engineering plastic. It is equipped with springs, brushes, and rollers to supply power to moving electrical equipment.
3, Connector
The connector joins two sections of conduit together and protects the rail joints. It consists of two butt-jointed engineering plastic pieces.
4, Power Feeder
The power feeder is the component that connects the incoming power line to the busbar. Due to different incoming line positions, it is divided into end feeding and middle feeding. It is made of high-performance engineering plastic.
5, End Cap
The end cap seals the end of the busbar to prevent foreign objects from entering and ensure electrical safety.
6, Hanger
The hanger is a metal component used to suspend the conduit in a floating manner. When temperature changes cause the conduit to expand or contract, the conduit can move horizontally.
