Insulated Copper Tube Busbar - Yangzhou Darui
Darui Electric recommends for you
1. With the increase in the capacity of main transformers in substations, the rated current of the transformer0.4-40.5KV side busbar continues to increase (3000A-8000A). In previous projects, multiple rectangular conductor busbar bridges were often used. Due to the large number of columns and small span distances, the additional loss and skin effect coefficient are large, resulting in reduced current-carrying capacity and uneven current distribution. To solve the above problems, this product uses copper tube busbar instead of rectangular busbar to improve the effective utilization of busbar materials, enhance the mechanical strength of the busbar, thereby increasing the span distance of the busbar bridge. The use of semi-insulated and fully insulated new processes effectively prevents personal electric shock and phase-to-phase short circuits caused by metal objects falling on the busbar. This product has been applied in practical work and has achieved obvious results. It plays a positive role in the safe operation of substations, improving power supply reliability, and reducing losses.
2. The copper tube busbar provided by our company is a product that replaces conventional rectangular busbar. The semi-insulated and fully insulated copper tube busbar adopts a complete set of new designs in processing and production, with configured connection accessories and new installation processes. The maximum busbar bridge span can reach12 meters. It is easy to install, simple in structure, and has strong pollution resistance with reasonable selection. Our company is willing to provide users with busbar current-carrying capacity and dynamic and thermal stability current data to facilitate user design and selection, and is responsible for product series installation services.
3. Semi-insulated and fully insulated copper tube busbar is most suitable for use in0.4-40.5KV substations; for new construction, renovation of large-capacity and compact substations with small footprints, power plants, and plant substations, replacing bare busbar and cables. Developed countries internationally have widely adopted it, and in China, Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shanxi and other places have already prioritized its use.
